Author Guidelines

Author Guidelines

Prisma Library publishes academic, scientific, and technical works under high international editorial standards.
Authors must ensure the originality of their manuscripts and adhere to ethical norms and good publishing practices.

Main requirements:

  • Manuscripts must be submitted in Word (.docx) format.

  • Citations and references must follow APA 7th edition guidelines.

  • The text must use clear, precise, and scholarly language.

  • Include full name, institutional affiliation, country, email address, and ORCID.

  • Images and figures must have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi and be copyright-free.

Submissions that do not comply with these guidelines will be returned to the author for correction before the review process begins.
All official communication will be conducted through books@prismajournal.org.

Submission Preparation Checklist

Before submitting your manuscript, please ensure that:

  • The work is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere.

  • The file is in Word (.docx) format.

  • All references follow APA 7th edition.

  • Figures, tables, and graphs are properly numbered and cited.

  • All metadata (authors, institutions, abstract, keywords, and ORCID) are included.

  • The manuscript has been proofread and formatted correctly.

Meeting these conditions is required to proceed with editorial review.

By submitting a manuscript, the author agrees to the following terms:

  1. The author certifies that the work is original and that they hold the necessary rights for its publication.

  2. The author grants Prisma Library the right to edit, disseminate, and preserve the work in digital format.

  3. The work will be published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows copying, distribution, display, and derivative works, provided proper credit is given to the original source.

  4. The author retains moral rights and may share the work elsewhere as long as the original publication in Prisma Library is acknowledged.

Prisma Library protects and responsibly processes personal data of authors, editors, reviewers, and readers. Collected data (name, affiliation, email, ORCID, identifiers, and editorial metadata) are handled under international standards and used solely for editorial management, scholarly communication, and scientific dissemination.

Purposes
  • Submission and editorial workflow management.
  • Assignment of identifiers (ISBN/DOI/ORCID).
  • Interoperability and indexing (e.g., Crossref, Google Scholar, BASE, CORE).
Data Subject Rights
  • Access, rectification, and erasure of personal data.
  • Objection or restriction where applicable.
