Educational Management: Keys to Success from the Secretary's Office

Contemporary educational management requires an integrated vision that connects pedagogical goals with administrative processes. Within this framework, the institutional secretary’s office stands out as a key factor in organizational success, serving as the operational bridge between leadership decisions and daily institutional execution. This article aims to analyze the key factors that contribute to successful educational management from the perspective of the secretary’s role, highlighting its impact on institutional efficiency, organizational communication, and achievement of academic objectives. Using a qualitative methodology based on literature review and institutional analysis, this study identifies best practices that position the secretary’s office as a strategic agent in promoting educational quality. It concludes that professional development, technological innovation, and shared leadership are essential elements to strengthen educational governance from the administrative field.
